ABOUT

Beth Golison (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based, California-raised writer/composer, performer, and Intimacy Coordinator. Her writing has been presented at Signature Theatre, Ars Nova, Judson Arts, New Ohio Theatre, The Brick, and more!

Beth writes musicals and films that dig at the pits in our stomachs, and explore stories of women negotiating the relationships between imagination, delusion, and emotion. Her work often centers Queer joy, mental health, and healing.

Projects include Lottie and the Deep Blue Sea (writer/composer) in concert at Ars Nova’s ANT Fest and at Judson Arts, here i fall up (writer, composer) presented at the New Ohio and in concert at The Tank, mrs rochester: an autobiography (2021 O’Neill NMTC Semifinalist, 5th Floor Theatre Co’s Groundbreakers Grant), and In the Pool (writer) presented as a reading at The Bush Theatre in London. Beth’s original short film, Let’s Go Together, premiered at the 2022 New Faces New Voices Film Festival and premiered on the West Coast at Damn These Heels Film Festival.

Beth holds a BFA from NYU Tisch Drama.
